CLEARWATER, FL (August 7, 2023) – MarineMax Yachts announced the sale of "Patriot.” “Patriot” a 2019 Ocean Alexander 112’ Tri-Deck was sold by Brandon Flaherty with MarineMax Fort Myers.
"Patriot" was delivered in early 2019 to her original owner. But in the fall of 2019, she was traded into Ocean Alexander for a larger vessel. Brandon Flaherty of MarineMax introduced the vessel to her current owner, who came along shortly after the yacht was traded in. The new owner had previously owned numerous custom yachts, so a high standard was needed for his next vessel. After reviewing the vessel, he desired to customize several interior and exterior areas. After looking at the conceptual drawings, he saw the upcoming Ocean Alexander Legacy line. There were desires to follow that style. Additionally, he and his wife wanted to customize the interior to flow better for how their family would use the vessel.
It was over a two-year project working with Ocean Alexander on exterior design amendments, Evan Marshall, the vessel's exterior and interior designer, and the shipyard to complete the project.
