James started with MarineMax in 2002 and has an extensive financial background. Prior to joining MarineMax, James was a licensed investment advisor holding numerous security licenses and had been recognized for top financial achievement awards. His history in the financial sector paved the road for his success in the yachting industry.

In the past 10 years, James’ awards and recognitions include the Top Gun Sales Award for the MarineMax Chairman’s Circle and number one salesman within all of MarineMax. James has specialized training in the product lines of Ocean Alexander, Hatteras, Azimut, Benetti, Galeon, Sea Ray, and Ferretti Yachts. He is also well versed in foreign and offshore transactions, crew placement, financial services, and charter and construction management.

James has a variety of interests, which include boating, skiing, golf, and wine. Additionally, he is a father to Jordyn, and husband to Morgan, a successful professional in the medical industry.
