MarineMax Delivers New Mangusta 54 Gransport
OLDSMAR, FL (August 27, 2026)— MarineMax is proud to announce the delivery of M/Y Betsy, the fifth Mangusta 54 GranSport built by Overmarine, marking the successful completion of a three-year construction project in Italy. MarineMax yacht brokers Charles Helgeson, Bob Fritsky and Kyle Pillsbury represented the owner from start to finish, guiding the project through every stage of the build.

Designed by renowned Italian designer Alberto Mancini, Betsy pairs all-aluminum construction with powerful propulsion, reaching speeds of up to 29 knots while offering transatlantic range, a hallmark of the GranSport series' performance.
Betsy was launched in Pisa this past June and completed her final commissioning in Viareggio ahead of delivery to her owners this week.
Throughout the build, technical expert Nicola Nicolai provided close, hands-on oversight, working alongside the owner, Overmarine and the broader project team to manage the yacht's engineering, systems and construction from the earliest stages through completion.

With her delivery, Betsy joins the Mangusta 54 GranSport fleet, bringing together Mancini's distinctive design, Overmarine's signature aluminum construction, and the performance and range the GranSport series was built to deliver.
