Sample Itinerary
Day 1 - Hamilton Island to Hook Island
Commence your travels in luxury at Hamilton Island. Once aboard your yacht charter, make your way to Nara Inlet on Hook Island. Discover the 8,000-year-old aboriginal caves, or cool off in the rock pools and a waterfall. Relax on the beach, as you take in the sights of this natural wonder.
Day 2 - Butterfly Bay
Enjoy the natural beauty of the coves that dot the shoreline as you arrive in Butterfly Bay at the north end of Hook Island island. Slip into the vacation state of mind as colorful fish tickle your toes. Delight in a lunchtime picnic, as butterflies dance around the surrounding mangroves. Add a drop of honey to your fingertips to entice these beauties to come a little closer. Stay up late, to gander at the stars as there are no city lights to drown them out.Day 3 - Stonehaven
On your way, stop at Langford Island for lunch on the picture perfect white sand beach. Once at Stonehaven, admire the towering mountains that border the shore. Spend your day soaking in the sun and splashing around on all the water toys your yacht has to offer. Relish in the sunset, as Stonehaven faces West. In true Aussie tradition, indulge in a beach barbeque for dinner.Day 4 - Whitsunday Island
Take a detour to Border Island, where you can snorkel or dive in Cataran Bay to discover reefs that rival the best of the Great Barrier Reefs. With a scent of Eucalyptus in the air, watch as teems of colorful tropical fish swim around you. Continuing to Whitehaven beach, stumble upon the four miles of soft silica beach. Travel to Hill inlet where the shallow waters and sand swirl together creating incredible designs on the ocean floor.Day 5 - Cid Harbor
Observe the Dugongs – gentle marine mammals that weight over 2,000 pounds and get as old as 70 years – as they feast on the ocean floor grasses. You may also catch a glimpse of some sea turtles. Once ashore, look out for rock wallabies, which were isolated to this island 10,000 years ago.
Day 6 - Whitsunday Island to Hamilton Island
Day 7 - Hamilton Island
Enjoy a round of golf at the Hamilton Island Golf Club course, a Peter Thomson-designed 18-hole championship par 71. Take part in all that this luxurious resort has to offer including tennis courts, pools, and shops. Hop on your seaplane to head back to the mainland.
